These terms set out how the BoxLoop website and app may be used.

Who provides the service

NLJH TRADINGS LIMITED, 21 Willow Drive, Codsall, Wolverhampton, WV8 1NQ, United Kingdom. Email: support@boxloup.homes. By using BoxLoop, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you may act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app provides

BoxLoop is a packaging planning tool. It can store your box collection and orders locally, look for rectangular item placements, calculate estimates from the rates you enter and track stock actions, saved product profiles and estimate snapshots. It highlights explainable box choices and asks for physical packing checks before stock is used. On Android it can suggest fields from printed labels or order sheets and, on supported phones, a short photo note; you must review each suggestion. It does not sell shipping services, book a carrier, guarantee delivery or provide live carrier prices.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and permission to use the information you enter, keeping a backup, protecting access to your device or browser, and checking every physical pack. Inspect strength, cushioning, closure, contents, weight, applicable law and carrier requirements. AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. A geometric fit or price estimate is not a safety or acceptance guarantee. Do not enter customer data you lack permission to process or use the service unlawfully.

Availability and changes

We may update, fix or discontinue features, and hosting may occasionally be unavailable. Browser storage can be erased by your browser or device settings. Export a backup before relying on the service for ongoing records. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Intellectual property and your records

BoxLoop’s code, name and original site assets remain with their respective rights holders. You retain responsibility for the records and photos you enter. We do not claim ownership of those records. You may use the app for your own lawful personal or business packing work; you may not misrepresent the app or interfere with its operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoxLoop is provided without a promise that a calculation will match a physical packing result or carrier charge. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect input, missing backups, unsafe packing or carrier decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
